During all these years Silente has collaborated with many architectural and design studios in Italy and around the world.
Once the customer's needs are understood, Silente arranges a visit to the hotel's premises in order to physically touch and assess the project and thus be able to perfectly adapt to the demands of the product.
The construction details are then designed directly by Silente's technical unit using the most sophisticated and reliable software on the market.
Installation
A key factor for the proper long-term functioning of the REI door, is undoubtedly its correct pose. Silente knows this and that is why the mounting of its doors is exclusively carried out by skilled and in-house trained technicians with decades of experience in the field. All materials are of top quality and have their certificates of fireproof approval.
Transport
The packaging and transportation service offered by Silente reflects its very high standards. Each door is packed and sealed with polyethylene foam thickness of 1.5 mm to avoid damage during unloading and distribution phases. Each door is then labelled with its identification code to facilitate its traceability at the distribution site. The transportation of the doors is done by Silente or by specialized carriers in order to obtain an efficient service in terms of timely delivery and arrival.
Assistance
Silente offers long and lasting customer service. For any type of intervention, ranging from simple registration to solving the most serious incidents, customer service is offered through reservation. For emergency assistance Silente ensures a maximum of 3 days from the call. Furthermore, for all affected customers, Silente also offers an intervention service program over time. The range is decided by the customer.
